This document sets out the terms governing the use of the sp500 platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services.
By registering for or continuing to use the sp500 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the sp500 platform — whether via the website or mobile app — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and all related policies incorporated by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must stop using the platform immediately. sp500 reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the platform following any such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
The sp500 platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. Account registration by anyone below this age is prohibited and may result in account closure along with the freezing of any associated funds.
Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
Account Creation & Verification
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the sp500 platform. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. sp500 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure the accuracy of account information.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password secure and must not share their login credentials with anyone. Any activity carried out through your account is considered your own unless you promptly report a compromise to us.
User Responsibilities & Prohibited Conduct
Users agree not to engage in any of the following while using the sp500 platform:
- Using the platform for any purpose that violates Malaysian law
- Impersonating others or providing misleading information
- Using automated software, bots, or any unauthorised methods to interact with the platform
- Opening multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus or payout system
- Engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform
Payments, Transactions & Currency
All financial transactions on the sp500 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed through approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods available from time to time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that all funds deposited into their sp500 account are from legitimate sources and are solely their own. sp500 is not liable for any losses arising from transactions facilitated by third parties, including payment service providers.
Withdrawal requests will be processed in accordance with established procedures, and processing times may vary depending on the payment method and verification requirements. sp500 reserves the right to delay or reject withdrawal requests where suspicious activity is detected or verification requirements remain outstanding.
Any taxes, fees, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider are the sole responsibility of the user. sp500 does not bear any such costs.
Account Suspension, Closure & Limitation of Liability
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
Sp500 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice in the event of a breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, platform misuse, or where required for legal compliance. Account suspension may result in temporary restrictions on access to funds and betting records while an investigation is ongoing.
Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact sp500 customer support. Any remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal in accordance with standard procedures once all verification requirements have been met.
Platform Limitation of Liability
The sp500 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive to keep the service available at all times, we do not guarantee that the platform will be free from interruptions, technical errors, or unexpected outcomes. sp500 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
In the event that a technical failure causes an error in a game result or transaction, sp500 reserves the right to void or correct the transaction in question following a thorough investigation.
Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms
Intellectual Property
All content on the sp500 platform — including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations — is the property of sp500 or its content providers and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws applicable in Malaysia. Unauthorised use of this content is strictly prohibited.
Third-Party Links
The sp500 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. sp500 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Such links are provided solely for user convenience and do not represent an endorsement or approval by sp500.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in Malaysia.
